Who we are

What we collect

• Candidates: name, email, profile (skills, experience, preferences, salary band, links), CV and evidence files, consent records (purpose, text version, time, IP address).
• Employers: name, work email, organisation details, role briefs, shortlists, notes and feedback.
• Usage events without personal data in their payloads, for product analytics.

Why (lawful basis — to be confirmed)

• Profile processing, showing your profile to employers, and AI-assisted matching are each based on your separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw as easily as you gave it.
• Employer accounts: contract. Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests.

Automated processing

Matching ranks and explains candidates using job-related features only. It never uses names, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality or photos, and it never rejects anyone automatically. People make every hiring decision.

Retention

Inactive candidate profiles are erased after 24 months (configurable). Analytics events are kept for 24 months.

Download, correct or delete your data from your account at any time. Contact us for anything else.
