The service

OperaOS provides explainable shortlists of candidates who have opted in. Shortlists are decision support: employers remain responsible for every hiring decision, including right-to-work checks, which OperaOS does not perform.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans (Starter £49, Growth £149, Business £299, Enterprise custom) after a 14-day trial. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no contacting candidates outside accepted introductions, no discrimination on protected characteristics.

Liability, governing law
